Assist Team leader to achieve  the  overall strategic goal of Productivity & Performance team .

Control, monitor , review  and provide feedback on productivity & performance for RB;

Take part in productivity & performance projects and varous initiaitves to enhance the productivty of Retail to achieve cost reducitons, increase in sales time and improved customer service

Trách nhiệm:

Finance management:

  • Contribute to achievement of financial outcomes as per annual operating plan through process and productivity improvements

Key deliverables/ Main responsibilities:

  • Drive key process improvement to provide outstanding services
  • Measure productivity of the workforce and make necessary recommendations to optimize resource
  • Lead transformational initiatives to further centralize non-customer facing activities in order to increase sales and service productivity
  • Closely liaise within OE / Retail teams to ensure effective collaboration on delivering transformation programs
  • Provide financial and business analysis on sales performance at RM and above level to maximize sales force’s effectiveness
  • Act as key contact point from Retail Banking to participate in bank-wide productivity & performance projects/ initiatives;
  • Maintain effective relationship with BTS, DB, WB, & SME and other internal department  to achieve objectives
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Master/ Bachelor degree with at least 5-year working experience in banking/ financial industry, preferred in customer services and/or productivity / processes development;
  •  Having practical experience on retail banking operation and project management;
  • Preferably Black-Belt in LEAN sigma or similar;
  • Having experience in change management;
  • Having experience at bank transformation program;
  • Having knowledge on product features and operational procedures  as well as operational / credit risks, compliance & legal issues, audit standards;
  • Excellent  interpersonal skill; planning & organization skills; analytical & problem solving skills;
  • Good stakeholders management skills;
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both verbal and written).
