Mục tiêu

The Recruitment Marketing và Sourcing Senior Associate will lbe responsible for executing Recruitment Marketing initiatives to attract the best-fit candidates and promoting Techcombank as an ideal employer through Employer branding efforts.

Trách nhiệm chính (1)

1. Recruitment Marketing và Employer Branding
In charge of Digital Marketing và Employer Branding
– Optimize SEO of career site, A/B testing and (in collaboration with vendors) run ads on Social media, email marketing, search engine, etc
– Support Manager to create omni-channel content calendar and prepare text and visual contents
– Work closely with Communications team to book media (e-newspapers, TVC, etc.)
– Register and compete to win prestigious domestic/ international awards in HR field
In charge of Offline Marketing và Employee Referrals
– Attract and engage mid-career talents with specific skillsets (IT, Finance,…) through targeted events put on or sponsored by Techcombank in collaboration with professional associations/ communities
– Supervise and implement the employee referrals program to generate qualifiedl leads for hard-to-fill roles
– Support campus recruitment events, career fairs, office tours, etc. upon request
2. Data management, analytics
In charge of analytics và digital channel insight
– Measure, track and report on digital channel results and cost effectiveness
– Utilize analytics platforms to understand the audience insight and outcome of digital campaigns to do A/B tests
In charge of Data management và research
– Manage centralized recruitment marketing data, perform duplication check and report metrics as needed
– Research to understand the target audiences to ensure messaging resonates and reach the right potential candidates
3. Partnership Management
– Maintain strong partnerships with professional associations, vendors (job board providers, Marketing agencies, etc.) to ensure outsanding services that meet the banks needs
4. People, Process, Technology
– Constantly look out for opportunities for improvement to maintain operational excellence.
– Coach, mentor junior team members to drive overall team success, in collaboration with Recruitment Marketing Manager.
– Ensure effective implementation and adoption of recruitment marketing technology and project management tools such as ATS, careersite, job boards, chatbot, etc.

Chân dung Thành công – Bằng cấp, Kinh nghiệm

Bachelor degree or Master Degree from reputable universities. Formal trainings / qualifications in Marketing/HR will be an advantage
– 3+ years of experience in a recruitment marketing/ marketing/ communications function, with a good mix of in-house and agency experience.
– Expertise in organizing events, implementing marketing promotion/ referrals program
– Knowledgeable with proven track record in digital marketing and brand marketing
– Experience in effectively managing vendors, agencies to drive toward results
– Hands-on experience in data management and reporting to track effeciency of marketing initiatives
– Understanding of latest recruitment/marketing tools (ATS, CRM, etc.) is a plus
– Good communications skills. Proficient in English and Vietnamese (Written, Spoken)
